About The Position

Anduril is seeking a professional to support the CI and Security Investigations team who is interested in a unique opportunity to help strategize, socialize and implement new programs and initiatives which requires significant critical thinking, creativity, complex problem solving and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently across a rapidly growing, global, dynamic organization. The CI & Security Investigations Senior Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Director in developing and overseeing the build out of new capabilities across the team. This role will help manage various initiatives across the team including CI risk assessments, CI support to Supply Chain as well as people and entity vetting and investigations. The role will involve the development and implementation of risk frameworks that will drive the team’s delivery of high quality, timely products and support . The Senior Manager must be a self-starter that thrives in building programs from the ground up that are responsive to fast paced and dynamic operational and threat environments. The Senior Manager must possess an understanding of CI, people/entity vetting and investigations and must be a trained analyst with a demonstrated ability to analyze and communicate complex risks and threats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security or Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of relevant work experience in CI investigations or analysis, intelligence operations or analysis, assessing complex threats from nation state actors and insider threats with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Experience developing and delivering assessments and analysis for an executive audience that help drive and inform decision making.
  • Experience leveraging critical thinking skills to creatively solve complex problems and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to leverage multiple data sets and tools to support complex research and analysis.
  • Experience conducting or supporting CI and/or insider threat or security investigations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the intelligence threats facing the industry.
  • Excellent critical thinking, collaboration, decision-making abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively analyze and communicate complex risks.
  • Must have active Top Secret security clearance (SCI may be required).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing defense industry security.
  • Program Management experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing CI, Insider Threat and other complex security initiatives in private industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute various CI initiatives tailored to the defense industry's unique threats and requirements.
  • Establish and cultivate collaborative partnerships across internal stakeholders to enable the delivery of solutions
  • Oversee various initiatives to identify potential espionage indicators, insider threats, and vulnerabilities within the organization.
  • Advise all levels, to include senior leadership on CI matters, threats, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Help manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry counterparts to share best practices and threat intelligence.
  • Support the investigation of suspected CI incidents and drive the development of appropriate response measures.
  • Develop policies, internal standard operating procedures, processes and risk frameworks to enable assessments and analysis.
  • Inform and shape security policies and procedures that are responsive to the identified threats and comply with government regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Produce/oversee a variety of analytic production to support CI risk assessments, people/entity vetting and investigations.
  • Monitor global intelligence and security trends to inform and drive security measures.
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness materials through a variety of platforms to foster a culture of security awareness and vigilance.
