About The Position

Performs a variety of tasks involving the set up and tear down of equipment and other resources, supporting events and functions and upkeep of the building, grounds and equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to learn routine tasks quickly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in set up before an event and clean-up after.
• Ensures cleanliness of facility to include all custodial responsibilities before, during and after events and functions.
• Operates riding floor scrubber.
• Reports need for major building and equipment repair.
• Maintains storage areas in safe and orderly fashion.
• Removes snow and cleans walk areas.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
