About The Position

Our Claims Services Representative provides customer service support to consistently meet the needs of our customers during the workers’ compensation claim management process. You will work with customers via phone/email to provide billing information, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues. This position offers a hybrid work from home opportunity (work from home 2 days a week). The successful candidate must reside in the Sioux Falls, SD area. Requirements

  • 1 year of previous customer service phone experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • High School GED required
  • must reside in the Sioux Falls, SD area
