Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in welding tube to plate, plate to plate, and pipe to plate configurations
- Experience working with general structural steel components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
