About The Position

Aegis Worldwide Clean Room Supervisor 1st SHIFT/$75K–$85K/FULL TIME Indianapolis, IN Overview: Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with fabrication and machining manufacturer. Responsibilities Lead manufacturing team to safely produce quality parts on time and within estimated hours. Serve as technical resource and troubleshoot shop floor issues. Plan and coordinate jobs; review PDLs and attend production meetings. Assign personnel based on skills and manage overtime as needed. Determine job setup and processing methods. Monitor efficiencies, labor reporting, and non-conformances. Investigate job overruns, NCs, accidents, and implement corrective actions. Support hiring, training, development, and performance management. Maintain 6S and Lean standards. Communicate daily priorities to off-shift teams Requirements: Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of machining and/or fabrication processes. Ability to plan work, assign tasks, and manage production flow. CNC knowledge Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
