Mesa Quantum is building the manufacturing backbone of the quantum sensing economy. We develop chip-scale quantum sensors that enable resilient Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) in GPS-denied environments-critical for national security, infrastructure, and next-generation autonomous systems. We are seeking a Cleanroom Prototyping Engineer to support early-stage device development and fabrication efforts within regional nanofabrication facilities in Albuquerque, NM. This role focuses on experimental builds, device iteration, and fabrication process refinement for quantum photonic hardware. The engineer will work within shared-user cleanroom environments and collaborate closely with Colorado-based R&D teams to translate design concepts into physical prototypes and refine fabrication pathways. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in hands-on fabrication environments and enjoys bridging design intent with manufacturable reality.
