RBI Field Crew
About The Position
Will be responsible for field maintenance and monitoring practice/games at the baseball/softball complexes for the Boys & Girls Clubs. Duties include marking fields, driving and operating a Sand Pro machine, transporting equipment, maintaining the field landscape, packing field mounds, cleaning and maintaining grounds and complex restroom facilities, operating sprinkler system, emptying trash, and general maintenance support as delegated by the Baseball/Softball Program Coordinator or the Healthy Lifestyles Director. Will assist with and serve as Site Administrator for practices and games held a Cleveland Park.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in field maintenance
- Ability to operate a Sand Pro machine and mark baseball fields
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Able to practice proper safety precautions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
- Effective communication skills with the public, supervisors, and co-workers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
