Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
  • Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options
  • Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive client experience
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and coaching calls
