About The Position

The Client Delivery Training Manager leads a team of product trainers to drive excellence in sales performance through strategic enablement initiatives. This role is responsible for operationalizing the enablement strategy set by the Director of Talent Development, ensuring that training programs meet world-class standards and directly support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and a deep understanding of the sales process to foster a high-performing, development-focused training culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training methodologies, or a related role.
  • Strong background in facilitation, content creation, strategy development, and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Commitment to staying current with industry trends and prioritizing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product trainers to deliver impactful training aligned with organizational goals.
  • Translate strategic directives from the Director into executable training plans and operational workflows.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enablement programs, tools, and resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business needs.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to gather feedback, align priorities, and ensure program adoption.
  • Apply project management principles to plan, execute, and evaluate training initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness, using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and adult learning.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed based on business demands and program priorities.
