About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Client Liaison to support business development efforts and help identify new referral sources within the Applied Behavior Analysis, Autism, Early Intervention, and Special Education sectors. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare outreach, community engagement, and growth initiatives. The Client Liaison will play an important role in building brand awareness, strengthening partnerships, and supporting organizational expansion. Qualified candidates must be based in Colorado.

Requirements

  • Entry-level; internships, volunteer work, or prior experience in healthcare, education, sales, or community outreach preferred.
  • Strong interest in ABA therapy, Autism services, early intervention, or special education.
  • Bachelor's degree (or working toward) in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, organization, initiative, and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Colorado for outreach and networking activities.

Responsibilities

  • Referral Source Outreach & Relationship Building: Identify and engage potential referral sources such as schools, pediatric offices, therapy providers, community organizations, and funding agencies.
  • Support the development and maintenance of positive relationships with existing referral partners.
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach meetings.
  • Business Development Support: Assist leadership and business development teams in researching new market opportunities.
  • Support initiatives to increase brand visibility and generate new client inquiries.
  • Help coordinate outreach campaigns, presentations, and informational sessions.
  • Market Research & Community Engagement: Conduct basic market research to identify trends, service gaps, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from referral partners and community stakeholders to inform growth strategies.
  • Administrative & Reporting Support: Track outreach activities, referral trends, and engagement efforts in company systems.
  • Assist with preparing reports and summaries related to referral development and outreach outcomes.
