About The Position

The Client Management Consultant (CMC) is a cornerstone of the Sentient Jet experience. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will deliver a seamless, luxury‑level service that reflects the standards of a world‑class private aviation brand. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment and are eager to build a career in aviation, hospitality, or premium client services. CMCs manage client communications, coordinate flight logistics, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, precision, and care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑touch, concierge‑level service via phone, email, and text
  • Collect, verify, and enter detailed flight itinerary information into internal systems
  • Partner closely with Flight Planning and Flight Management teams to ensure flawless trip execution
  • Arrange catering, ground transportation, and other personalized client requests
  • Take ownership of client issues, resolving challenges with creativity and urgency
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal leadership
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic environment
