About The Position

Join a collaborative team advancing how we measure, manage, and communicate client profitability across the firm. You will partner with Finance, Data, and Technology leaders to modernize capabilities, strengthen operating discipline, and deliver clear, executive-ready insights that inform decisions and drive value. As a Client Profitability Strategy and Business Manager in Wholesale Client Profitability (WCP), you steward the platform’s strategy and operating rhythm while advancing modernization across Finance, Data, and Technology. You will integrate transformation initiatives into day-to-day operations, maintain performance transparency for senior leaders, and ensure profitability methodologies remain scalable, resilient, and aligned with the firm’s objectives. In this role, you bridge steady-state execution with forward-looking change to maximize impact for Finance & Business Management (F&BM).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance Strategy, Business Management, Enterprise Transformation, or Operating Model leadership.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, profitability analytics, or capital frameworks.
  • Experience partnering across Finance and Technology in a large, complex institution.
  • Demonstrated success operating across steady-state processes and evolving transformation environments.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Exposure to enterprise data platforms and financial systems.
  • MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine the multi-year Client Profitability strategy aligned to enterprise Finance and technology priorities.
  • Integrate transformation initiatives into ongoing business operations to ensure seamless adoption and sustained impact.
  • Shape modernization roadmaps, investment sequencing, and capability expansion with Finance and Technology leaders.
  • Lead recurring governance, executive updates, and performance reporting to maintain disciplined operating rhythm.
  • Maintain structured visibility into priorities, risks, and delivery progress across stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Product, and Technology to clarify and evolve the operating model.
  • Ensure continuity between steady-state reporting processes and strategic enhancements.
  • Partner with Finance and Data leaders to uphold transparent, scalable client profitability methodologies.
  • Modernize data sourcing, reporting architecture, and analytical capabilities to elevate decision quality.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level materials and decision-oriented narratives for CFO and senior leadership forums.
  • Track and realize measurable value from modernization investments while enhancing transparency, efficiency, and scalability.
