About The Position

The B2B Client Reference Coordinator must possess the ability to execute multiple high priority tasks across cross-functional teams and be comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity. While this role is a part-time position, a significant amount of cross-functional project management is required. The B2B Client Reference Coordinator will be responsible for the management and execution of the client reference program. This role will prospect references from existing clients and will be instrumental in creating a rewards program for Kasasa clients enrolled in the program. This role will provide reporting as well as provide strategic guidance for the reference program. The B2B Client Reference Coordinator will be responsible for the management and proper execution of reference requests. They will also be responsible for Salesforce maintenance and other support functions. This position reports to the VP, B2B Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to quickly connect and establish rapport with clients
  • High degree of business acumen: analysis, process, and project management
  • Ability to complete tasks on time
  • Exceptional organization skills, especially when balancing multiple tiered projects
  • Positive attitude and aptitude to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship development and management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
  • Passion for delivering excellence
  • Provide metrics and reporting on historical and forecasted information
  • Top-tier empathic listening skills and the ability to distill complex issues to base-level concepts
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Infuse the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction
  • Build, launch, and manage daily the Client Reference and rewards program for participants
  • Support B2B Marketing, Sales and Client Success initiatives in Salesforce such as reference documentation, client assessment reporting, and importing records across various programs
  • Collaborate with Client Success team to cultivate new client references
  • Manage reference request queue and assign cases as needed
  • Identify and fill gaps in existing reference pool
  • Prioritize client reference satisfaction to ensure sales team’s goal attainment
  • Responsible for achieving annual growth goal of reference participants
  • Create and maintain reference program training materials
  • Analyze data, translating into actionable insights
  • Track reference activity and status of reference participants in Salesforce
  • Manage segmentation, clean up, and development of the client reference database
  • Plan and manage the rewards program
  • Other duties as assigned
