About The Position

As the primary contact for assigned accounts, the CRM is responsible for maintaining the health and growth of existing client relationships. The Client Relations Manager is the internal customer advocate and partners with Billing, Sales, File Interface, AMR and Service to assist our clients. This individual will: Establish and build strong customer relationships by providing ongoing communication Be responsible for providing solutions to clients and conducting on-site visits when necessary Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers in revenue opportunities and help grow the business by anticipating client needs and expectations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Related experience and/or training preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Sub-meter Industry
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a positive and professional client relationship with emphasis on retention through excellent customer service
  • Communicate regularly with the client to evaluate satisfaction level and proactively identify upcoming needs
  • Provide seamless management through all phases of the customer relationship, including but not limited to implementation, initial training and retraining, billing, and contract renewal.
  • Ability to consult and pre-quality client for additional services and contract renewals
