About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and client -focused Client Relationship & Project Manager to represent our team in New York and surrounding areas . This role is essential in developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients while ensuring seamless project delivery from the production studio to final execution. As the primary link between our clients and internal teams, you will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, managing expectations, and overseeing project timelines to deliver world -class architectural visualisation and immersive environments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and project management, ideally within the architectural visuali sation, real estate, or design industries.
  • Strong understanding of project workflows for 3D visuali sation, animation, and immersive environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with international clients, especially in high -end real estate, architecture, or development sectors.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of architectural visuali sation software (such as 3ds Max, V -Ray, or Unreal Engine) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Design, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and work with the sales & marketing team to expand accounts and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase company capabilities and project progress.
  • Gather client feedback and work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior management.
  • Analyse client needs and market trends to provide insights for improving service offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and account management activities.
