Client Service Lead-Weekend Day Shift (Fri-Sun, 0500-1730) Essential Job Functions Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Records consistent problem areas Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
