At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Service Leader to guide a team that delivers exceptional service to our clients. This role is all about making a difference—helping clients, supporting your team, and driving success. You’ll work closely with leaders and team members to ensure we meet our goals and create a positive impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • A knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions that benefit the team and clients.
  • A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • A passion for helping others succeed and grow.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements
  • Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment
  • Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
  • Experience managing people and processes in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of client service professionals, ensuring they provide top-notch support to both internal and external clients.
  • Manage business processes and oversee a group of accounts, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of the branch
  • Help your team thrive and achieve their goals by fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
