About The Position

VCA Devotion Animal Hospital is looking to add an expierienced Part-Time Client Service Representative to our already fantastic team Location 4382 Occidental Road. Santa Rosa, CA 95401 Schedule: Part-Time Compensation: $19-22/hr depending on experience and skill level VCA Devotion Animal Hospital is a single doctor practice. We value our close relationships with our clients and their pets. The practice is focused on providing exceptional care, preventative medicine, client education and a high level of customer service. Requirements

• High School diploma
• Must have experience working with the public
• Experience at a Veterinary Hospital or other medical office
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Dependable attendance
• Compassion and empathy for clients and their pets
• Ability to learn and retain new information

Responsibilities

• Excellent Customer service and communication skills, including greeting clients and their pets, making outbound calls, and answering telephones.
• Accurately create and present treatment plans based on the doctors recommendations
• Ability to take direction and multi-task
• Manage medical records, maintain client charts/accounts
• Present and explain fees, manage different payment types, reconcile charges
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
