We are seeking an experienced Account Director to oversee key attractions and destination clients. Reporting to the SVP, Arts & Culture, the Client Services Account Director is a full-time exempt position that is based in New York City. WHAT YOU’LL DO (IN BRIEF): Client collaboration: You will serve as a key point of contact for select attractions and entertainment clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Strategic thinking: You will support the development and execution of integrated campaign strategy in partnership with senior leaders, helping to shape thoughtful, effective marketing approaches. Media fluency: You will oversee and implement cross-platform media plans in collaboration with our in-house Media team, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and perform effectively. Critical thinking: Working alongside our Business Intelligence team, you will help assess campaign performance, contributing insights and recommendations to optimize results. Team leadership: You will guide and support junior team members, overseeing day-to-day work and helping to ensure high-quality output across accounts. Project ownership: You will lead campaign execution across accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard. Business contribution: You will contribute to the agency’s commercial goals and support opportunities for organic client growth and new business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years in a Senior Advertising or Marketing role (ideally servicing the tourism, destinations, or entertainment industries)
  • Knowledge and understanding of cross-platform advertising campaigns, especially digital media platforms
  • A commitment to deliver strategic, innovative, and effective integrated media campaigns for our clients
  • The ability to lead and inspire both clients and colleagues to deliver the best work
  • A collaborative approach to problem solving and trouble shooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present information clearly
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and deliver against client needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Social Networking platforms
