Here are the details on this position.   Your role in our mission Strengthen the quality and smooth running of our Medicare Coordination of Benefits (COB) product as we create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions for our company and clients. Contribute to the operational success for multiple clients by managing key performance indicators, trouble-shooting delivery issues, and identifying areas for process efficiency. Participate in product improvement initiatives aimed toward the continued growth of the Medicare COB product line Provide support to the Client Engagement team as a product expert, providing thoughtful, data-backed responses to performance inquires and a consultative approach to driving additional value Assists with short and long-range client forecasting/performance projections. Provides education and coaching on process methodologies, enterprise process leadership, and impact of recommended changes.

Requirements

  • 3 years or more experience in Client Operations or Product Management, with 1 or more years of Medicare and/or Medicaid experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
  • Ability to work proficiently with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project and Access.
  • Ability to translate broader program objectives of a program into clear and achievable project milestones 
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives on defining structure from ambiguity
