We are searching for a Client Services Manager to own and support a complex enterprise client within our metasearch Client Services team. As a Client Services Manager, you will manage the day-to-day execution, performance, and client relationship for a large travel brand while continuing to develop enterprise-level strategic and leadership skills. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear client communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. While this role owns client delivery and execution, it operates within a more defined scope and complexity than an Account Director role and is designed for someone ready to grow into broader ownership. The Client Services Manager leads Account Leads and Digital Marketing Analysts, ensuring prioritization, quality execution, and consistent progress against client goals. This role partners closely with senior internal stakeholders and publishing partners and contributes to client growth, automation initiatives, and team culture.
