This is a full-time role built for someone who wants to lead programs and stay grounded in daily gym operations. This position anchors full-time hours by combining Climbing Programs Lead responsibilities with Gym Staff shifts. When you're leading programs, you're operating at a higher level of coordination and instruction. When you're on gym staff shifts, you're supporting the broader member experience. Together, it creates a stable, benefits-eligible role designed for long-term commitment. The Front builds innovative climbing spaces designed to inspire connection, progression, and community. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position split approximately 50/50 between: Climbing Programs Lead ($18–$21/hr DOE) Gym Staff ($17–$19/hr) Hours may flex based on operational needs across Salt Lake City and South Main locations. When functioning as Programs Lead, you'll support the Senior Climbing Programs Manager in coordinating adult programs, ensuring instructional quality, and maintaining operational precision. When functioning as Gym Staff, you'll serve as a front-line ambassador of the facility-managing memberships, monitoring safety, supporting events, and keeping daily operations sharp. This role is ideal for someone with "hybrid athlete + organizer" energy-comfortable coaching on the wall and managing logistics behind the scenes.
