About Us:
Growing pediatric therapy clinic with a supportive team in Irving.
Dedicated to providing excellent speech and occupational therapy.

Your Role:
Full-time Front Desk Administrator (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
$17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
Key point of contact for patients and families.
Support clinic operations and our therapy team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of front office experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Experience with insurance verification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Compassion for children and families.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and EMR (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Greet families warmly and professionally.
• Maintain organized patient records.
• Handle office tasks and order supplies.
• Assist therapists and support staff.
• Explain pre-appointment information to clients.
• Verify insurance and communicate with providers.
• Process payments.
