About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Account Manager to drive adoption and expansion of cardiovascular diagnostic technology across clinical partners. In this role, you will work directly with cardiologists, referring physicians, and administrative stakeholders to support patient care, deliver clinical education, and strengthen relationships with high-value accounts. You will identify growth opportunities, ensure partner success, and represent cutting-edge medical solutions in the field. This role offers a dynamic, customer-facing environment with significant travel and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is clinically knowledgeable, results-driven, and skilled at building trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of clinical or related sales experience (PA, NP, DNP, or RN preferred)
  • Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate complex clinical programs and value propositions
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective project management skills and ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders across a large territory
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and values-driven with a focus on patient outcomes and partner success

  • Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into clinical settings is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clinical partners to ensure understanding and effective use of cardiovascular diagnostic technology
  • Drive account development, identifying growth opportunities within existing clinical programs
  • Provide clinical and technical education to physicians, administrative staff, and referring providers
  • Deliver presentations, peer-to-peer training, and physician education on new products and technologies
  • Partner with internal teams to introduce new offerings and support clinical program adoption
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks using CRM tools
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory (50–80%) to engage with providers and stakeholders

  • Total Target Compensation (TTC): $220,000 - $230,000
