Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for an entry level Clinical Nutrition Manager position at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI . Women & Infants, part of the Care New England System, is a teaching hospital affiliated with Brown University. This is a great opportunity to step into leadership while still providing direct patient care approximately 50% of the time. What You'll Do offer compassionate care to oncology and maternity patients in the acute care setting; support ongoing Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects; provide training and education to department staff and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals; collaborate with the food service operations team regarding meal provision and menu management; and ensure state, federal and company standards are being upheld. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Credentials Requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian credential (or RD eligible) with acute care experience and a great clinical knowledge base
