About The Position

Clinical Program Manager Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to provide supportive services for our government client.
Primary Responsibilities: Build and manage project schedules. Prepare the contract Program Management Plan and weekly performance reports. Establish and maintain standards to ensure consistency across all programs. Apply principles of high reliability and healthcare improvement to support readiness within the military health system. Review program activities and provide reports to strengthen operations, reduce risks, and improve processes. Lead weekly meetings with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass a Tier (T1/T2) clearance/background investigation.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a strong background in healthcare.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in health services management or business management.
• 5 years’ experience in project and program management or clinical quality management.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Corporate, HQ or large medical system experienced.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
