Clinical Supervisor (RN) - Home Health & Hospice - Full Time (40 hours/week)
About The Position
The Clinical Supervisor will assist the clinical director with the provision of all home-based services including; nursing, home health aides, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language services, bereavement, social services, home based primary care, and wound care services. The role includes ongoing collaboration and communication with the clinical manager and department staff to ensure accuracy of information in the electronic medical record to ensure accurate and timely billing is accomplished with adherence to state and federal regulations. This role may assist with professional development of the staff by assisting with competency evaluations, ongoing education and ensuring appropriate clinical care through supervisory ride along on home visits.
Requirements
- Three years of home care or relevant clinical experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)
- Knowledge of Home Care Home Base software

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Certification in specialty area
- Previous experience in Process Improvement activities
- Prior supervisory experience
