About The Position

Provides clinical leadership and program oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant, and effective therapeutic services for children and families. The Clinical Manager oversees clinical direct care staff, supports program development, ensures contract and regulatory compliance, and partners with the Clinical Director to meet organizational goals. This position ensures services are delivered in a caring, competent, and responsible manner consistent with Camelot policies and expectations. --- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned. 1. Provides clinical leadership and oversight to direct care staff under the direction of the Clinical Director. 2. Ensures the implementation, quality, and fidelity of clinical services across assigned programs. 3. Provides clinical supervision as required to maintain licensure standards and organizational needs. 4. May maintain a reduced direct care caseload, as assigned, sufficient to meet program and productivity requirements, including all required documentation, travel, and inter-agency communication. 5. Assists the Clinical Director in the development, implementation, and delivery of core competency, clinical, and program-specific trainings. 6. Oversees staff training compliance, including monitoring and review of training tracking documentation. 7. Conducts and oversees client chart audits to ensure compliance with contractual, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. 8. Ensures treatment planning is clinically sound, individualized, and implemented as written across programs. 9. If supervising a program that utilizes a specific clinical model, assures compliance with all requirements of the model including training, interventions and data reporting 10. Provides leadership in triaging clinical emergencies and coordinating crisis interventions across programs. 11. Participates in clinical on-call and provides clinical backup to direct care staff as needed. 12. Supports program performance through review of productivity, outcomes, and quality assurance data. 13. Collaborates with the Clinical Director on program development, quality improvement initiatives, and corrective action planning. 14. Serves as a clinical resource to staff, community partners, and stakeholders. 15. Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or Executive Director.

  • Licensed as a Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board

  • licensed as a supervisor in either field is preferred (i.e. LPCC-S or LISW-S).
