Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health field and license in the state of New York (LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD)
- 1-3 years Supervisory experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, oversight, and support to an assigned roster of behavioral health clinicians
- Oversee and implement evidence based practices in treatment of clients
- Participate in agency initiatives to promote coordination of care
- Provide supervision and modeling for therapists in integrating agency protocols and practices into client care ie; trauma informed approach, integrated care
- Provide assessment and treatment for a caseload of clients
- Maintain appropriate and required documentation
- Attend all necessary agency meetings and trainings
- Collaborate with team members as appropriate, including prescribers, therapists, and case managers
