Summary: The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor provides team leadership and administrative support with multidisciplinary team that provides outpatient clinical care in a community mental health agency. The client population has a diverse array of diagnosis and clinical presentations. Supervisory responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision for outpatient clinical staff, new hire training, coordinating day to day work, ensuring accountability, and tracking outcomes. The clinical supervisor is part of the outpatient leadership team and is required to hold themselves to a high ethical standard. Direct service (30% of work time) consists of assessments, treatment planning, and individual/group/couple/family therapy.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required.
  • Two years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services preferred.
  • Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
