This position will be located at 233 Main St. New Britain Ct 06051. Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm. Flexible work arrangements vary by program. Position Summary: Provides both initial and ongoing assessment of clients in crisis in the community, and collaborates with other team members to ensure optimal, recovery‐oriented care to both mental health and co‐occurring individuals through a variety of treatment services, including but not limited to and crisis assessment and management, as well as daily clinical consultation with staff and clients. Serves as a liaison to local police and emergency services organizations on crisis services, providing outreach and education on crisis services and developing partnerships to effectively respond to clients in crisis.
