About The Position
Agawam Hunt Club is seeking a dynamic Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily clubhouse operations and deliver an exceptional member dining experience and member services. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Director and General Manager, this role leads front-of-house service, staff training, and stellar beverage program development, with a special emphasis on wine curation, training, and knowledge. The Clubhouse Manager ensures high service standards, supports event execution, manages schedules and controls, and builds strong member relationships. This role also collaborates across departments to support overall club operations. Qualified candidates will bring strong leadership, hospitality expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering premier service in a private club environment.
