About The Position

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team! The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the manufacture of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner. Comprehensive Benefits Package & 401(k) Match Generous Paid Time Off, and more!   Duties/Responsibilities:  Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions  Visually inspects parts to assure conformance with standards and customer requirements  Inspect tooling for wear and damage  Properly and safely operate equipment, record production daily,  Operate one or more CNC machines daily while maintaining all quality safety requirements  Properly and safely Load / Unload Machine, record production daily, identify and isolate non-conforming product, and assist the team leader  Job description is not all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned   WHY CHOOSE DYNAMIC? Requirements

  • 2 years related experience required
  • Basic computer/technical skills
  • Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms 8 hours or more
  • Willing and able to work overtime and as required
  • Willing to work any shift as necessary
  • Communicate and understand work instructions both verbally and written in English
  • Strong work ethic / Positive attitude / Self-motivated
  • Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
