SUMMARY: The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist II role produces precision machine components to engineering specifications. The CNC Machinist II is responsible for setting up and operating one or more types of computer numeric controlled production equipment using approved programs. The CNC Machinist II will make minor changes to fixturing and/or offsets ensuring components meet specifications. They may set up and train CNC Machinist I to ensure setup and team members achieve acceptable first piece. This position plays a crucial role ensuring our custom-made parts are ready for the production floor at the highest quality, while maintaining the safety and quality standards upheld by company procedures and guidelines.
