Job Summary A Thermoforming Department CNC Operator 3 (I) entry-level will be trained to operate various CNC 5 axis machines to produce machined parts that meet specific drawing and quality requirements. This role will be capable of creating CNC tools, setting up the machines, making adjustments, and basic troubleshooting. This positions is generally stationed at a primary machine, but can operate other CNC equipment to meet production requirements. What Success Looks Like Will be trained to setup, operate, adjust, and change tools on all 5 Axis cutting equipment. Safely performs all fabrication and finishing steps efficiently. Capable of executing all CNC equipment workflow processes. Read and understand manufacturing orders and the dispatch list. Etc. Work Environment This job operates in a production environment. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Must be able to stand continuously and be able to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
Must be technically and mechanically inclined to be able to operate the machine, do basic math calculations and trouble shoot basic issues that arise.
Must be someone that team mates want to work with and have reliable attendance and punctuality.
