About The Position

A Large Format Screen Inspector measures and visually inspects articles to determine accept/reject status based on set quality and job specifications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and these skills:
• Must be able to stand continuosly.
• Must be capable of regularly lifting up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 75lbs. assisted.
• Ability to practice and demonstrate DALB Core Values
• Must have good judgment of color, design, and print quality.
• Ability to accurately compute proportional measurements and spacing using a ruler or tape measure.
• Ability to accurately operate a calculator.
• Basic computer skills (PC)

Responsibilities

• Unloads articles from both semi and fully automatic screen printing equipment
• Validates finished part to job orders to determine details such as part number, quantity, colors, sequence, graphic orientation, materials, QA requirements.
• Review, examine, and inspect printed products for print clarity, sizing dimensions, color accuracy and consistency, and print defects/flaws.
• Maintain, perform and document SOP QA checks per job (density, LAB, curing parameters, dot gain, color shift, cross hatch) Etc.
