Job Overview The Project Coordinator & Supplier Quality Co-Op will support these key functions: Supporting the Supplier Quality team by maintaining supplier documentation Ensuring compliance of supplier certifications and agreements coordinating communication with suppliers. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented student or early‑career professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to gain hands-on experience supplier quality processes. The Co‑Op will act as a central point of coordination for supplier compliance tracking.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, management, engineering, supply chain or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in a project coordination, project administration, or operational support role using project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Antura, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong interest in Supplier Quality
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Supplier Documentation Review & Compliance
  • Evaluate supplier files to ensure:
  • Valid ISO certifications are present and current
  • Supplier Quality Agreements (SQAs), when applicable, are on the latest approved template
  • Identify expired or missing certifications and initiate updates proactively
  • Supplier Communication & Follow-Up
  • Obtain updated ISO certifications by searching publicly available sources or contacting suppliers directly via phone or email
  • Initiate Supplier Quality Agreement revisions by providing suppliers with the latest template
  • Follow up with suppliers until an updated, signed SQA or supplier redline is received
  • Track and report completion status of all supplier document updates
  • Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate logs of supplier status, revision progress, communication history, and overall completion rate
  • Escalate delays or supplier non-responsiveness as needed
