About The Position

Make parts that power flight, defense, and space For over four decades, Ace Precision has served global leaders in Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense & Space, and Aftermarket Repair & Overhaul. We’re expanding in Oconomowoc and Menomonee Falls, WI , and we’re looking for a Laser Processing Technician who thrives on accuracy, consistency, and teamwork. Your mission Operate CO2 , YAG , and flat-cut laser equipment to machine high-precision components. Translate sketches, setup sheets, and job packets into efficient machining sequences. Launch and supervise laser runs; detect malfunctions and out-of-tolerance conditions. Identify and escalate process variation, sequencing issues, and finish/dimensional discrepancies. Validate dimensions and finishes using micrometers, pin gauges, and vernier calipers. Deburr parts to meet specification and quality standards. What you bring High school diploma or GED. Minimum two years of related manufacturing or laser machining experience, or equivalent training. Requirements

  • Minimum two years of related manufacturing or laser machining experience, or equivalent training.
