Our products are used in various applications including stadium roofing, facade glazing, LED lighting, signage, machine guards, motorcycle windshields, train seats, aircraft interiors, security & ID cards, bullet-resistant glazing and many more.  JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the safe and environmentally compliant industrial manufacturing operation of all equipment, control systems, associated auxiliaries and environmental compliance in an assigned manufacturing operation. Must have the ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays and to work a reasonable level of scheduled and unscheduled overtime.   HOW YOU CAN BE THE IMPACT   Supporting our sheet coating operations by handling and loading product in our automated process Perform repetitive tasks in a consistent and reliable fashion, being very careful to minimize damage of our high-quality products Utilize Powered Industrial equipment to move raw materials and finished product around the facility Continually maintain a clean and safe work environment Support the coating process operators to optimize workflows and productivity Develop process knowledge and familiarity Successful candidate will be required to obtain respirator certification WHAT MATTERS TO POLYVANTIS   High School Diploma, High School Job Readiness Certification or equivalent educational diploma Six months of consistent work experience (Manufacturing or extrusion experience a plus) Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the position Successful candidate must be able to perform some basic maintenance on equipment/tools   COMPETENCIES   High safety and environmental awareness Work well within an inclusive team environment Ability to communicate with team and other individuals Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and professionalism Takes initiative and demonstrates the desire to learn and develop Intermediate level skills in problem solving, trouble shooting, and analytical thinking   Physical Requirements: Lift/carry 55lbs, bend/stoop/twist, crouch, kneel, climb/balance, use vibrating tools, stand, and walk.Eligibility Requirements You must be 18 years or older. Applicants must be currently authorized to work for POLYVANTIS in the United States on a full-time basis.   Work Schedule Position will initially work a 5 day (M-F), 8-hr schedule with evenings or midnights likely Eventual Rotating Shift Start Times are: 7:40 am, 3:40 pm, & 11:40 pm Role may convert to a rotating 8 hr, 24/7 schedule Starting Pay Details Hourly Rate: $23 Shift Premium(if applicable): 15% (eve/mids/weekends)   We are proud to be a diverse and an equal opportunity employer.
