The Call Center at Kimbrell's Furniture immediately hiring for an agent at our Concord, North Carolina facility. Requirements

Cooperative disposition and ability to work in a team setting

Attention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly and effectively
Excellent communication skills
Some experience in collections preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate
Must be available to work Mon - Fri between 8am and 8pm and alternating Saturdays

Responsibilities

Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status
Minimize objections for payment and suggest available customer-friendly payment options
Update account status and database regularly
Use software to keep detailed notes regarding conversations with customers and outcomes
Accepts payments over the phone via credit card
