Kimbrell’s Furniture is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individuals to join our Call Center team. The Call Center at Kimbrell's Furniture immediately hiring for a SPANISH/ENGLISH BILINGUAL agent at our Concord, North Carolina facility.

Requirements

• Cooperative disposition and ability to work in a team setting
• Positive attitude
• Desire to learn and develop professionally
• Attention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Some experience in collections preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate
• Must be available to work Mon - Fri between 8am and 8pm and alternating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate written and verbally in Spanish and English
• Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status
• Minimize objections for payment and suggest available customer-friendly payment options
• Update account status and database regularly
• Use software to keep detailed notes regarding conversations with customers and outcomes
• Accepts payments over the phone via credit card
