Territory: Greater Orlando Area including Winter Garden, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Sanford, Lake Mary, Titusville, Rockledge, and surrounding communities. SUMMARY: As the first Commercial Account Manager in the Orlando area, you’ll be responsible for developing new business relationships and delivering commercial security solutions. You’ll have the autonomy to build and manage your own pipeline through prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings with business owners and decision makers. You will present security technology solutions including alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, and fire alarm systems while preparing proposals and sales agreements that support recurring revenue and long-term customer partnerships. Successful representatives cultivate relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new commercial opportunities. Successful candidates are motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships in their community, managing their own territory, and developing a strong sales pipeline. By delivering solutions that protect people, property, and operations, representatives play a key role in helping commercial customers feel secure while growing their own income through performance-based earnings.
