About The Position

As a member of the Apollo Electrical Services, Inc team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. You will manage projects and people in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations while ensuring our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements.

Requirements

• Prior commercial electrical project management experience; MUST have 5 years minimum in this role
• Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical
• Ability to read/understand electrical blueprints/drawings
• Proven track record of developing people and driving business
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures & legal regulations/guidelines
• Demonstrated excellent critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel to various work sites
• Must be able and willing to physically perform work on jobsite if needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; bend, reach, squat as needed on jobsite

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with design departments and supervisors
• Set clear goals & expectations
• Resolve customer concerns as needed
• Provide coaching & counseling
• Manage all company standards/procedures
• Execute plans of electrical wiring in all aspects of a project
• Ability to install apparatus, fixtures, alarm equipment & other systems
• Installation of safety & distribution components
• Prevent breakdown of systems
• Effectively perform troubleshooting
• Ability to work at peak performance with little to no supervision
• Decisive, focused leadership

• Develop and lead Superintendents and Foremen
