About The Position

Skillforce is searching for experienced Journeyman Commercial Electricians to join our growing team! We are gearing up for a busy year and we have full-time, steady work on multiple commercial projects throughout the Baltimore area — Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with overtime opportunities available. Pay range: $32-35/hr depending on experience and license If you take pride in your craft and want to work with a company that values skill, safety, and teamwork, we want to hear from you. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise electrical installations Set panels, boxes, and install fixtures per project specs Pull wire, terminate, and run/bend EMT and rigid conduit Follow all safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures Maintain top-tier workmanship and jobsite safety standards WHAT YOU BRING: 5+ years of commercial electrical experience Strong skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, and fixture installation Ability to read blueprints and properly set panels/boxes Your own hand tools and PPE Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation WHAT WE OFFER: Weekly pay — get paid on time, every time 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Referral bonuses for bringing great people onboard READY TO POWER UP YOUR CAREER?
