Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in financial services, including 3+ years in Electronic Banking, Treasury Management, or Card Services.
  • Military education or experience may substitute for education or work experience.
  • Deep knowledge of banking products and treasury services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and customer-facing)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes ownership of challenges and sees them through to resolution.
  • Can translate complex technical information into clear guidance.
  • Enjoys helping businesses succeed with innovative financial tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional (AAP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison between commercial customers and internal operations, treasury, and technology teams.
  • Provide high-level technical support and onboarding assistance for electronic banking and treasury solutions.
  • Guide customers through complex implementations and help them maximize the value of our digital tools.
  • Design and manage detailed implementation plans for services such as: ACH Origination Wire Transfers Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Positive Pay & Account Reconciliation Integrated Payables Commercial Purchase Cards Merchant Services & Expense Management
  • Coordinate daily workflows and ensure critical deadlines are met.
  • Analyze technical reports and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist with new product rollouts, upgrades, and testing for business and treasury digital services.
  • Help review fraud, dispute, and error claims related to electronic services.
  • Identify fraud indicators and support risk prevention efforts.
  • Develop onboarding checklists, troubleshooting guides, and training resources.
  • Provide coaching and support to internal teams on digital banking solutions.
