The Commercial Growth Associate (CGA) is a high-velocity, metrics-driven revenue role embedded within Commercial Operations. This position exists to generate net-new revenue from underserved and unassigned accounts through a structured, process-first sales motion. The CGA functions as a disciplined growth engine — independent of traditional territory-based sales structures — with a clear mandate to build a repeatable and scalable SMB business.

Requirements

  • Exceptional CRM discipline: you log everything, every day, without prompting
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and video
  • Ability to work independently within a structured, process-driven framework
  • Data-oriented approach — you trust metrics over gut feel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SMB or transactional sales environments
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations or medical practice management
  • Prior experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across defined account segments
  • Identify and qualify target accounts within established parameters
  • Conduct discovery calls and area research to uncover revenue opportunities
  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of SMB accounts
  • Advance opportunities through all defined CRM stages: Targeted → Contacted → Discovery Completed → Proposal Sent → Closed Won/Lost
  • Close transactional deals with speed and precision
  • Deliver provider demonstrations and executive-level overview presentations as needed
  • Log all activity in CRM daily — no offline tracking
  • Maintain real-time pipeline hygiene with documented next steps (date + owner required)
  • Report weekly outbound performance metrics to Commercial Operations leadership
