Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or credit risk management
• Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, cash flow, and tax return review
• Deep understanding of lending regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to assess risk and make sound, data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio ranging from small to complex relationships
• Analyze financials to assess creditworthiness, cash flow, and risk exposure
• Structure and negotiate loan terms, including pricing, repayment, and collateral
• Monitor loan performance and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Identify risk and proactively manage portfolio health
• Prepare and present loan recommendations, modifications, and portfolio updates to Executive Loan Committee
• Partner with prospects and existing clients to drive new business and deepen relationships
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional client experience
