About The Position

Seeking two experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Managers to join a growing team. The successful candidates will play a key role in managing commercial lines accounts, handling renewals, and quoting new business. This position reports directly to the COO and offers the flexibility of working remotely with a schedule that suits your needs.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.
Proficiency in EZLynx software is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Nice To Haves

Candidates with 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including contracts and construction (approximately 70% of the book of business).
Handle renewals and new business processes.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective account management.
