Requirements
- High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Nice To Haves
- Willingness to obtain California Property and Casualty license with our support.
- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by assisting with the overall workflow processes and providing routine client support.
- Contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards such as data and documents requirements, timelines, tool usage, etc.
- Support clients in creating correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other written communications, as well as provide administrative support when needed.
- Help to manage accounts by entering client information into agency management system, auditing client data, processing change requests, preparing notices of cancellations & reinstatements, and various other administrative tasks.
- Actively engage in learning by studying insurance industry trends and seeking out self-directed learning to increase insurance knowledge.
- Maintain carrier updates and bulletins.
- Other duties as assigned.
