Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for nonprofit clients, addressing inquiries and providing professional support
• Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution for fundraising and marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships
• Resolve client issues quickly to ensure smooth event operations and positive experiences
• Support campaign documentation, administrative tasks, and tracking metrics
• Collect and report client and attendee feedback to enhance future campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to implement creative marketing strategies and promotions
